A Journal Within
Often the hardest step in achieving your goals is to get started.
The old saying is true “It takes 21 days to make or break a habit”.
In 30 days, this journal will provide you with a reflection to assist you in identifying obstacles from reaching your goals as well as emphasize the importance in routine journaling technique to assist you with overcoming obstacles.
I created this journal in a format that I used to help me cope with the sudden illness and loss of my mother, all while a single mother and full-time graduate student. IT WORKS!!!
This journal is just one of the tools I have created to be used for my clients to get back on track and in the game. I hope you find it useful.
